Delivery
Your order will be dispatched within 3 days of receipt of your order. All orders delivered by Royal Mail.
Our delivery charge is £4.50 for all destinations. Free delivery for orders over £100.
Refunds, cancellations and returns policy
If you are unhappy with your order you can return it to us intact within 14 days and we will give you a refund of the product value.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours the order may be dispatched and you will be charged the postal fee if you then cancel. We will, however, provide a refund of the product value if you return it to us intact within 14 days.
